Biomedical Data provides professional statistical analysis services that constitute obligations of means and not obligations of result. Services are performed based solely on the information supplied by the client.
Deliverables are provided in digital format, including but not limited to PDF, Word, or Excel files. Biomedical Data makes no warranties regarding outcomes, interpretations, or decisions derived from such deliverables.
The client assumes full responsibility for any use made of the analyses, reports, or conclusions provided.
5. Online courses
Online courses offered by Biomedical Data:
- Grant access for a strictly limited period of sixty (60) days from activation
- Are personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable
The user is expressly prohibited from:
- Using course materials for commercial or professional purposes without prior written authorization
- Sharing login credentials or granting third-party access
- Recording, reproducing, distributing, or publicly communicating course content
6. Free resources disclaimer
Free resources are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Biomedical Data does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of such materials for any specific purpose.
7. Prices, payments, and taxes
- All prices are expressed in United States Dollars (USD)
- Prices include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise
- Accepted payment methods include Mercado Pago (Argentina), PayPal, and bank transfers within Argentina
8. Refund policy
Professional services
In the event of cancellation by the client:
- The sole and exclusive refund available shall be limited to ten percent (10%) of any deposit paid, if applicable
- Where no deposit has been paid, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances
Online courses
- Once access has been initiated, the user expressly waives any right to a refund
- Refunds shall be granted only if the course has not been accessed
9. Intellectual property rights
All website content, including but not limited to texts, courses, downloadable materials, graphics, methodologies, and resources, constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of Biomedical Data, unless otherwise stated.
