Refund Policy – Biomedical Data

This Refund Policy sets forth the terms applicable to the purchase of professional services and online courses offered by Biomedical Data. By making a purchase, the client expressly agrees to this policy.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to:

  • Professional statistical analysis services
  • Online courses

It does not apply to free downloadable resources.

2. Professional services

Biomedical Data’s professional services are customized and provided as obligations of means.

Refunds

  • In the event of cancellation by the client, ninety percent (90%) of any deposit paid shall be refunded, with ten percent (10%) retained as an administrative fee, provided such deposit was effectively paid.
  • If no deposit was paid, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.
  • No refunds will be granted once the service has commenced or any partial deliverable has been provided.

3. Online courses

Online courses are digital products with time-limited access.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be granted only if the course has not been accessed.
  • Once access to the course content has begun, all sales are final and non-refundable, without exception.

4. Payment methods

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, subject to the processing times of the corresponding payment platform (Mercado Pago, PayPal, or bank transfer).

5. Exclusions

No refunds will be issued due to:

  • Failure to use the service or course during the access period
  • Change of mind by the client
  • Technical issues attributable to the user’s device, internet connection, or configuration

6. Changes

Biomedical Data reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes shall become effective upon publication on the website.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Argentina.
